SITE MEASUREMENT & DESIGN POLICY
(Applicable to All Customised Kitchen & Wardrobe or other Modular Projects)
At Anupam, accuracy, transparency, and professionalism are the foundation of our process. To avoid any misunderstandings, the following policy applies to all site measurement and design services.
1) Measurement Options
Customers may choose one of the following:
Option A – Self-Arranged Measurements
Clients may provide their own site measurements.
In such cases, the company will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect dimensions provided.
Option B – Professional Site Measurement by Our Team (Recommended)
Our experienced team will visit the site strictly for measurement purposes.
- This service is chargeable.
• Measurement charges are non-refundable.
• The fee is adjustable only if the final booking is confirmed.
2) Measurement Charges
- The minimum measurement fee starts from ₹3,000.
• Charges are not fixed and depend on site location, distance, travel time, and project scope.
• The exact amount is communicated before scheduling the visit.
• Once the site visit is completed, the charges remain non-refundable, regardless of whether the project proceeds.
3) Scope of Measurement Visit
The site visit is strictly for taking measurements only.
- No design consultation will be provided during the measurement visit.
• No 2D or 3D design discussion will take place at the site.
• The charges are purely for professional measurement and technical assessment of the space.
The fee covers:
• Professional site visit
• Accurate dimension recording
• Technical evaluation
• Preparation of layouts/drawings for internal use
4) Design Policy
- Designing (2D & 3D) is provided free of cost as part of the booking process.
• However, designs and drawings will not be shared until the kitchen/wardrobe is officially booked by paying a token amount.
• The booking token amount will be communicated during the showroom meeting.
• Until booking confirmation, all designs remain the intellectual property of the company.
Clients are shown and thoroughly explained the designs in detail at our showroom.
Our designs are created using professional software systems that require a proper display setup for accurate visualization and explanation. It is not feasible to present or explain detailed software-based designs at client homes.
Our showroom is specially equipped with display systems and presentation setups to properly demonstrate materials, layouts, finishes, and 3D views for complete clarity.
5) Pricing Policy
- All customised project pricing is based on material selection, design complexity, and craftsmanship.
• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
• Measurement charges cannot be refunded if the client chooses not to proceed.
6) Customer Acknowledgment
By opting for professional site measurement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms prior to scheduling the visit.
Confirmation Statement:
“I confirm that I understand the measurement charges are variable based on location (minimum ₹3,000), strictly non-refundable once completed, adjustable only upon booking, and that designs will not be shared until the project is officially booked.”
